Pro Per Defendant
Pro Per Defendants can not receive electronic discovery, all discovery must be physical.
A Pro Per Defendant will be marked as (Pro Per) in the case header and have a ( ! ) that you can click to read additional details.
Releasing Discovery:

Pro Per Defendants will show up in the Defense Attorney section of Released Discovery tab. Note that they will be tagged as Pro Per under their name.
