There are 5 main statuses for cases. Below you will find each defined.
Case Status:
- New Material
- Pending
- Released
- Delivered
- Non Discoverable
New Material
This case that you are assigned, has New Material added. Please review the Discovery items
Pending
This case has Pending Discovery Items. Please review them as soon as possible
Released
Defense Attorney(s) on this case have yet to pick up / view media.
Delivered
Defense Attorney(s) on this case have picked up / viewed all media.
Non Discoverable
This case has only Non Discoverable items
